Description
The duBignon Cottage was built on Jekyll Island during the heyday of that island's attraction as a destination for the rich and famous of the day. Built in 1884, the duBignon family was French, and part of the original group of mostly European settlers, who sold their parts of the island to the rich American Industrialists of the late 1800's and early 1900's.
